You can delete your Vent Space account and associated data at any time.
Option 1 — In the app:
Open Vent Space, then go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Delete Account, and confirm.
Option 2 — Request from the web:
Email support@thedigitalhope.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject line “Delete my
account.” We will verify your identity and process the deletion.
What gets deleted:
Your profile, vents, reflections, capsule responses, mood data, and any health data synced from Health Connect.
What may be retained:
A limited subset of data required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.
