Growth marketer · SEO, GEO and paid · 8+ years
I build growth engines, and fix the ones that broke.
Eight years across B2B AI, consumer apps, marketplaces and high-scale B2C, usually where the system had to be built from nothing or recovered under pressure. I have led teams of 20, managed €500K a month in ad spend, and run a whole growth function alone with AI.

Impact
Numbers I have moved.
Every figure comes from a role in the experience section below, with the context behind it.
Expertise
Seven things I am actually good at.
Paid acquisition
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, TikTok, Reddit and X. From €500K-a-month B2C scale to B2B pipelines and ABM built from zero.
- Cost per signup $1,000 → under $4
- ROAS 2.0 → 3.5
- Three-layer ABM warm-up
SEO at scale
Topical authority rebuilds, recovery after Google updates, and technical SEO on sites with hundreds of thousands of pages.
- 22M → 50M+ monthly users
- 400K → 700K post-HCU
- 4K → 28K+ in two years
SEO and GEO with AI agents
Search and generative engine optimisation run through Claude agents, with in-depth MCP and API integrations into the tools I use.
- 0 → ~15K AI citations a month
- ~40% generative share of voice
- +211% AI Overview appearances
Partnerships and links
Widget and API programmes, data campaigns and outreach engines, built from nothing more than once.
- 2M+ links, 200+ partners
- ~3% outreach conversion
- Link teams built from scratch
Leadership
Years of leading SEO, content and outreach teams. Strategy set centrally, support given person by person.
- Teams of up to 20
- 7 senior SEOs, 6 juniors, writers
- Hiring and mentoring
Building things
An e-commerce store, a content site, an SEO course, YouTube channels and now a live mental-health app.
- VentSpace, live on Google Play
- Sites built and migrated solo
- SEO writing course sold
Marketing automation and a swarm of agents
I run a team of Claude agents, each built for one job and wired into the marketing stack through MCP and APIs. They do the repeatable work, watch the numbers and flag what needs a human, so one operator can run GTM at scale.
SEO agents
- Content writing
- Content updates on decaying pages
- Internal linking
- Technical SEO audits and fixes
- Backlink campaign management
Ads agents
- Negative keyword monitoring over MCP
- Alerts when numbers or engagement drop
- Weekly reporting
- Ad copy creation and account audits
ABM and GTM agents
- Handover from ads to RB2B visitor data
- Account scoring by touch count
- Mass outreach to warmed accounts
- Go-to-market at scale
Tools in the kit
Connected by MCP and API
Demand creation, intent capture, conversion, revenue. One system, not four channels.
I optimise for qualified leads and pipeline, not clicks and impressions.
AI tools and agents run through research, content, creative testing and reporting.
Small bets, fast reads, then scale what wins. A habit from years of always-on ads.

SEO & Ads Manager
Running SEO, GEO, paid and account-based marketing for a B2B web data company that sells to AI labs, healthcare data resellers and enterprise data teams. Search demand in this niche is small, so I built the pipeline around accounts, not just keywords.
SEO and GEO
- Shipped ~50 posts every quarter; blog traffic up 127% from Q1 to Q3.
- US keywords in the top 10 grew 1,450 → 2,843 and in the top 3 484 → 940, March to October.
- Blog clicks from Google up 135%, organic search sessions up 53%, buyer-relevant sessions up 63%.
- Google AI Overview appearances 15.2K → 47.2K in one quarter; AI answers naming Forage AI up 29%.
- Run the SEO work through Claude agents wired in by MCP and API: writing, content updates, internal linking, technical audits and backlink campaigns.
Paid, built from zero
- Launched Google Search, ChatGPT ads, LinkedIn thought-leadership ads and LinkedIn retargeting, one a month from June.
- Went from 0 paid clicks in Q1 to ~1,224 in Q3 on a $1,500 a month budget.
- Rebuilt keywords and negatives around service intent: those searches engage at 62% against 18% for the broad head term.
- Cut what did not pay and moved the money: Demand Gen (101 clicks, 2 visits), conversation ads (53% opens, 0 clicks), competitor search (0 leads).
ABM and GTM
- Built a three-layer warm-up: LinkedIn ads to target accounts, then retargeting and engagement, then cold outreach only once an account has built up touches.
- Scored accounts by touch count (3+ touches = priority one), with 1,052 companies de-anonymised through RB2B as one signal.
- Healthcare: 250 reseller accounts at $150K+ deal sizes, CTR up to 10% from the largest US health-supply buyers, turned into a 390-person decision-maker list.
- Data for AI: 1,000 target companies, 3,497 contacts, AI labs segmented by fit, 32 new frontier-lab targets.
SEO & Ads Manager
A one-person growth function at an AI infrastructure company mid-repositioning, from computer vision to AI infrastructure, in a low-volume, high-competition B2B niche. Paid and organic, both owned end to end, run with AI tooling instead of a team.
Paid acquisition
- Owned paid across Google Search, Video, Demand Gen, LinkedIn, Reddit and X: strategy, creative, targeting, tracking.
- Cut cost per signup from ~$1,000 to under $4 and produced SALs at ~$25 to $30, several converting to paid.
- Scaled video-led acquisition: clicks 17K → 255K, signups 801 → 5,457, CTR 17% → 24%.
- Shipped the company’s first viral ad creatives, 500K+ views, through the repositioning.
- Built lead scoring, CRM integration and ABM against AI-native and enterprise accounts.
SEO and GEO
- Rebuilt topical authority and moved the site’s identity to AI infrastructure.
- Took generative visibility from zero to ~15K AI citations a month and ~40% share of voice; prospects began citing Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini as how they found us.
- Average ranking 18.5 → 9.8; organic clicks ~2K → ~5K a month despite holiday dips.
- Published 3 to 4 AI-assisted, SEO and GEO optimised articles a week without losing ranking stability.
Performance Marketing & PR
Global paid media and traditional marketing for large live concert productions: Hans Zimmer, Pink Floyd, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings and The Wall, across Europe, the US, the UK, Asia and Australia.
Paid media at scale
- Ran 1,000+ ad sets at once across five regions, with €500K+ a month on Meta and ~€70K on Google.
- Lifted ROAS from 2.0 to 3.5 and CTR from 1.5% to 2.5% through constant creative and audience testing.
- Built systems for budget pacing, creative rotation and testing velocity so a small team could run global volume.
Traditional and partnerships
- Ran radio, poster and out-of-home campaigns alongside digital.
- Owned venue selection and the partnerships behind each market’s rollout, plus influencer collaborations.
Performance Marketing Manager
Paid acquisition and influencer growth for a consumer AI app: find the cheapest route to an install, then keep it cheap as creative fatigues.
What I did
- Set up install and conversion campaigns on Meta, Google, Reddit and TikTok.
- Held US CPI at $0.10 to $0.50 through high-velocity tests of structures, formats and messages.
- Pitched hundreds of creators and closed 10+ partnerships a month.
- Kept a rolling creative brief with the design team to stay ahead of ad fatigue.
SEO Team Lead
A million-visitor site in decline after Google’s Helpful Content Update, 10,000 blogs deep, with no backlink team. Recovered through content surgery, a link programme built from nothing, and a team of twenty.
Recovery
- Rebuilt traffic from 400K to 700K monthly visits in six months after the HCU hit.
- Audited 10,000+ blogs across 500K+ pages: pruned, merged and rebuilt authority around core services.
- Rewrote content guidelines and process to favour depth over volume.
- Built the site’s first lead-generation funnels, and ran Google Search Ads for every revenue service.
Links and team
- Started link building from a weak profile and no team; built the outreach function and partner pipeline.
- Led 20 people: 7 senior SEOs, 6 juniors, content writers and a content manager.
SEO Partnerships Lead
A short engagement standing up a widget partnerships programme, modelled on the one I ran at JustWatch, then handed over.
Scope
- Designed the SEO partnerships strategy for the ReelGood widget.
- Built the team structure and outreach process for partner acquisition.
- Handed over a repeatable prospecting and onboarding motion, not a one-off campaign.
SEO & Widget Product Team Lead
Led the widget and API partnership programme at one of the world’s largest streaming guides, turning a product integration into the biggest link engine I have built.
Partnerships and links
- Ran widget and API campaigns that won 200+ partners and 2M+ links in a year.
- Ran data campaigns and broken-link building at ~3% conversion.
- Wrote API pitches, onboarded partners and kept the relationships (and links) live.
On-page and technical
- Internal linking to route link equity; on-page updates across category pages.
- Part of the Google News setup and editorial team.
- Supported technical audits: indexing, rendering, 404s, page speed.
Senior SEO Analyst
Two years, a small team and a tight budget: taking an EdTech site from a few thousand visits a month to nearly thirty thousand, and picking up ASO, YouTube and CRO along the way.
Organic growth
- Grew organic traffic from 4,000 to 28,000+ monthly visitors through SERP research and low-competition content.
- Led in-house editors and freelancers; ran regular audits and competitor analysis.
Beyond search
- Directed the link team: guest posts, outreach and partnerships.
- Lifted Android and iOS rankings through ASO; led YouTube SEO and content.
- Managed the social media team and supported Google and social ad campaigns.
- Ran CRO: landing page A/B tests and new product pages built from scratch.
Campaign Manager
Always-on Meta and Google Ads for thefooddy.com, Coffee House Chennai and The Grand Biryani House. Footfall, orders, offers and recall. Where the testing habit was formed.
What I did
- Launched and optimised campaigns across Meta and Google for reach, orders and ROAS.
- A/B tested placements, creatives, messaging and CTAs on every ad set.
- Set up a new restaurant brand from zero: content, audiences, paid and email offers.
