Hi, I’m Sai

I’ve always wanted to find balance. For myself, and for the world.

I built this from the inside of my own hard years. I think a balanced life is what lets us face things head on and actually enjoy the one short journey we get here. For the longest time I tried to outrun the pain instead, until intentional journaling slowly led me back to balance.

Why this exists

For a long time, I tried to outrun the pain.

I kept busy, kept moving, kept telling myself I was fine. What I slowly learned is that you cannot outrun it. You can only turn around and learn to live with it, and that is a very different, much kinder thing.

What helped me was not one big breakthrough. It was small, honest practices: writing down what I actually felt instead of hiding it, noticing the patterns underneath the noise, and slowly rebuilding a sense of balance across the parts of my life I had been ignoring.

You cannot outrun the pain. But with the right mindset, you can find your way to peace.

The Digital Hope is the companion I wish I had back then. Every guide here is written from experience first and checked against real psychological research, never to diagnose or to preach, just to make the hard parts a little more understandable, and a lot less lonely.

Journaling that leads somewhere: balance.

Co-Founder & Product Engineer

I believe the products that last aren’t built by chasing trends, they’re built by solving problems that truly matter. As Co-Founder and Product Engineer at VentSpace, I worked alongside our founder to turn an idea into a product people can rely on, leading engineering across AI, product architecture, and full-stack development. I love building intelligent systems that feel simple to use, scale as they grow, and stay meaningful to the people they serve.

As Co-Founder & Product Strategy Lead at The Digital Hope, I work closely with our founder to turn ideas into practical, scalable products that people and businesses can rely on. My focus goes beyond defining features: I help shape the product vision, validate ideas against real customer needs, and keep every decision aligned with our long-term goals.

I believe technology should actually make people’s lives better, and that’s why I pour my energy into the mental health space. I handle the heavy lifting behind the scenes: the scalable architecture, data pipelines, and backend systems that bring our AI to life. My goal is simple, to build the systems that scale empathy and make real care accessible to anyone who needs it.
